	Payment Processing

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Checks and Money orders. We reserve the right to hold any checks until they have cleared. All checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $30 charge each. Mail payments to: (Be sure to include a copy of your order & order# with payment to avoid delays in processing.)

I needed my labels in a hurry.. how long will it take to ship my order?
We stock all the labels we offer so we are able to ship orders within 24 to 72 hours during our normal business week. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00 EST. If their will be any delay in your order we will notify you immediately.

I don't see the size I need, what do I do now?
We also handle custom label manufacturing. Our sales staff will be happy to help you. Send email request to info@laserinkjetlabels.com or call 678-377-7575 or toll free 1-800-340-8321.

Shipping Rates
We ship orders Monday through Friday usually within 72 hours. No orders will ship on weekends or holidays. We charge UPS rates directly from their website. Local orders for pick-up will still bear a minimum handling charge of $2.50 per order.

*We ship orders daily by regular ground carriers.

Is there a template or spec sheet to help me set-up for printing?

Each package comes with a guide sheet to set margins, label size, etc. You can also download a Word Doc or PDF from our DownLoad Template Page.

What is a label rewind direction?

A label rewind direction has three basic elements. How the label feeds off the roll; inside or outside, the direction the length and width of the label comes off the roll, and finally the text and image direction on the labels itself. What is your refund and return policy?

Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy prior to submission. All sales are final. Returns for defective materials or workmanship will be replaced or credited

at LaserInkjetLabels discretion. Return shipping will be handled by customer and will be credited to customers account upon receipt of LaserInkjetLabels defective product.
