I need, what do I do now? We *ship orders Monday through Friday usually within 72 hours. No orders will ship on weekends or holidays. We charge flat rate for shipping and handling as follows - $6.95 for the first pack, $1.95 for each additional pack. Local orders for pick-up will still bear a minimum handling charge of $1.00 per order. *We ship orders daily by regular ground carriers. Is there a template or spec sheet to help me set-up for printing? Each package comes with a guide sheet to set margins, label size, etc. What is your refund and return policy? Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy prior to submission. All sales are final. Returns for defective materials or workmanship will be replaced or credited at LaserInkjetLabels discretion. Return shipping will be handled by customer and will be credited to customers account upon receipt of LaserInkjetLabels defective product.
